Awareness – health & safety

« ” Between 150 and 200 participants were able to play Prev’ enjeu during the 3 sessions offered. Satisfaction verbatims were collected throughout the day. An extension of the scheme is envisaged on a national scale. “ »
Amandine Bernard Assistant to the Engineering Connection DepartmentRequirement
The Enedis Nord-Pas-de-Calais Engineering Connection Department intervenes in the agencies as part of their prevention action plan, particularly on the specific risks associated with their jobs.
The management wished to continue the initiative launched in 2020 through an innovative event at the beginning of 2021 based around health prevention, as the 2020 edition had been cancelled due to the health crisis. The need was therefore to make a success of this event, called Prev’Enjeu, by bringing together a maximum number of employees on site by using an innovative virtual concept.

Idea
In order to keep the event safe, the idea was to design a group game bringing together teams of 10-15 people on the same site. Installed in a room in the agency, each team was to receive a physical “escape game” kit (a backpack with clues and game mechanics from escape games) coupled with a game on a remote platform and a connection/screen per team. So in each team, the players were able to collaborate by dividing up the physical and virtual clues, all within the social distancing guidelines required by the pandemic. The content was tailor-made and 100% customised to match the business needs. A summary memo was given to all participants. A specific event system was set up including a project unit, on-site ambassadors for level 1 support and remote facilitators for level 2 support.
Goals
The aims were as follows:
- Reinforce the notion of shared vigilance through a collaborative game
- Make everyone aware of the risks through strong messages and concrete examples of daily situations
Carry out an event in accordance with social distancing measures
