Your company has just moved: it’s a whole new environment for you and your coworkers that you have to get to know better!

But to open the doors of this new universe, you need the right keys…

The Office is a playful invitation to discover your new work environment — indoors and outdoors alike.

Equipped with a tablet, you will navigate these new spaces — and with the right tools, you will learn how to get the most out of them.

The Pitch

Game scenario

Entirely customizable! Pirate quest, Back to the future, mutant virus, meeting the kind aliens… Our imagination has no limit.

Brief

The Game Masters explain to the participants the concept of the game and the operation of the tablet with a visual or an introductory video.

Time required about 10 minutes.

Game

The Office encourages participants to adapt in an ideal way to their new work environment. Divided into teams and equipped with a tablet, teams first look for visuals distributed around the premises, or geo-located points if the location allows.

You decide where the geo-located points can be found: The Office can be run indoors, outdoors, or a combination.

Debrief

Once the competitive phase is over, the debriefing allows all the teams to come together for a relaxing session during which the… “masterpieces” … (i.e. photos and videos made by the participants during the activity) are viewed — and appreciated by all.

Upon request, a more “serious” and analytical debriefing can be organized.

Back at your workstation, colleagues who share the same office have been discussing something for about fifteen minutes. At the same time, you also need to focus and re-read an internal encrypted report that you will send for validation. What do you do?

You’re about to have a coffee break and many of your colleagues talk about their last vacation, your phone rings, your manager is trying to reach you.
