As part of its internal transformation program, the Société Générale Group wanted to seize the opportunity of its HR Convention to communicate its initiatives in a fun, original and engaging way.
A customized and modular Serious Game on the internal work axes: Code of Conduct, Manager of tomorrow, Training, Tools.Each team has a different starting point at the location chosen for the event. The HR acculturation activity was integrated into the Convention’s program before the closing speech of the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.The debriefing made it possible to identify the acquired assets and to appreciate the content created on the themes (drawings, photographs, videos).A booklet containing all the challenges has been sent to the manager to allow implementation with the teams.
The activity was intended to allow the employees’ knowledge of the HR themes to be homogenized in order to leverage them with their teams. The game’s mission was to facilitate participant mentoring and immediate engagement.
