The group Groupama has decided to gather all its employees from Île-de-France on a single campus located west of Paris.
The employees of the different departments and subsidiaries had to move from their respective headquarters. Support for this change and new ways of working was needed.
Idea
A customized Serious Game composed of several courses according to the needs.Each building has its own adapted interior layout, covering all spaces designed jointly by the Project Management (bubbles, meeting rooms, collaborative spaces) and the uses to be apprehended for each team. Not to mention the collective areas (medical center, catering, fitness), also put forward.And as a bonus: an outdoor course, allowing the new occupants of the headquarters to explore the neighborhood, shops and useful modes of transportation.The Communication teams could be involved in the animation process of the activities to facilitate the integration of employees.Overall, nearly 2,000 employees took part in this Serious Game.
Objectives
The Internal Communication Department wanted to deploy a Serious Game allowing employees to discover their new premises in an original and collective way. The game also had to be modular and adapted to each team arrival at the new headquarters.
Challenges
Results
This approach made it possible to discover the new premises in a positive, fluid and fun way. The focus on the operation of certain spaces, above all allows that all processes are memorized and used wisely.
