« RH Days are now more efficient and employees are very enthusiastic! »
Emmanuel Gonzalez Training DepartmentRequirement
The group La Redoute wanted to completely overhaul its HR Day, a monthly event involving a dozen employees and several thematic experts. The previous format worked with a very top-down approach, through masterful presentations.
Idea
A customized Serious Game based on modules identifiable by interactive panels scattered throughout the head office. Thanks to the image recognition, the participants could scan a scene (for example, in front of the internal medical center, a visual set-up representing the theme Safety and Health at work): challenges were then displayed on the tablet, in connection with company-specific messages. The themes focused on – in addition to the obligatory subjects, imposed as part of the commitments of the employer (RGPD, security) – HR, Personnel Administration and Training. The debriefing session, conducted in conjunction with the thematic experts, was both an opportunity to revisit any mistakes made by the participants, and to deliver complementary messages. After training by our teams, the client became autonomous in handling the sessions.
Objectives
The Training department wanted to put into practice its internal leitmotiv “Learn and Enjoy” in its HR Day. The goal was to have a participative, fun, impacting format to make the day as efficient as possible.
Challenges
Results
The impact is obvious, the employees immediately took part in the game, and the messages had a long lasting and broader impact.
Experts are solicited only for matters that were insufficiently assimilated.
The game now runs autonomously
