Set up an engaging face-to-face activity during the new Executive program, a seminar that concerns the 400 managers scattered across the group.
There was a need for several sessions involving 30 employees per year.

Idea
A customized escape game, based on a plot putting managers at the heart of the strategy and management of the company. The teams had the opportunity to take ownership of the strategic program, through playful memory techniques, and to work collaboratively on the group’s offerings to deal with strategic change.Many internal tools have been integrated into the game mechanics, be it the company’s social media accounts or the intranet. As part of the design of the solution, the client was able to call on the skills of UrbanGaming and those of the firm Julhiet Sterwen, partner of the client on its issues related to change management.
Objectives
On the occasion of the implementation of its Executive program, the client wanted to strengthen the behaviors and leadership skills of its managers, develop the knowledge of the company, the market and the strategy of Allianz Partners and finally adopt a flexible mindset focused on collaboration and networking.

Results
Players gave the game a mark of 4.5/5 after 3 sessions.
Participants noted that playing the game highlighted the importance of the common culture in the daily life for the people who played.
