Take on the mission to recover a scientific manual hidden in a disused factory. With time ticking away, every decision counts. Think critically, share ideas, and work together as a cohesive team. Harness collective intelligence, manage stress, and collaborate effectively to achieve your objective.
Logistical constraints: Requires cabaret-style seminar rooms equipped with a central screen to provide an engaging and immersive experience.
UrbanGaming’s opinion: This is the only UrbanGaming activity specifically designed for teams of 10 participants. It’s an excellent choice for fostering active listening, meaningful dialogue, and effective teamwork.
Escape Game Eco-Vengers
Concept: Imagine an Escape Game that can be organised anywhere (meeting room, restaurant, etc.) with a focus on the CSR theme.
In this activity, your mission isn’t to escape from a room but to solve puzzles and unlock various items stored inside a briefcase.
Logistical constraints: Requires a space of approximately 5 square metres and a projector. The ideal duration is 1 hour 30 minutes. We specialise in accommodating large groups, with the capacity to engage hundreds of participants.
UrbanGaming’s opinion: This team building activity is a fantastic way to introduce your colleagues to the core principles of CSR while fostering collaboration and active participation.
Rallye digital
Concept: Discover Venice in a fun and interactive way with an innovative treasure hunt! Your playground? A district of Venice (for example, Cannaregio with its charming canals and local ambiance, or Dorsoduro with its historic landmarks and vibrant artistic flair).
Logistical constraints: A room with a screen is necessary for the briefing and debriefing.
UrbanGaming’s opinion: This treasure hunt is particularly recommended:
- if you’re exploring a district different from your usual workplace, or if some of your team members are unfamiliar with the city.
- if you’re a large team. We’ve successfully organised activities for up to 1,000 participants simultaneously!
- if the weather is pleasant and sunny!
Remote Escape Game
Concept: The ‘Green Impulse’, the crown jewel of clean energy aviation, needs a pilot. Are you and your team ready to take on the challenge? This is a virtual escape game.
Logistical constraints: Designed for remote play, this game is ideal for teams working from different locations or remotely. All you need is a computer or smartphone and access to video conferencing software such as Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet.

Concept: Here’s an idea inspired by Howard Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences.

Logistical constraints: Designed to last between 40 and 100 minutes, this game can be organised indoors or outdoors. If hosted in a reception area or office, access to multiple rooms and a corridor for movement is recommended.
