Urban Gaming technology for your teambuilding in Brussels

Team building intelligences multiples
Concept: Here’s an idea inspired by Howard Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences.
Each team will face challenges related to different forms of intelligence. The objective: to join an exclusive circle — that of the smartest minds. This team building activity highlights the diverse talents within your team. It’s a fun and engaging way to strengthen group cohesion through a variety of entertaining challenges.
Logistical constraints: Lasting between 40 and 100 minutes, this game can be conducted indoors or outdoors. If hosted in a reception area or office, it’s recommended to have access to multiple rooms and a corridor for easy movement.
UrbanGaming’s opinion: A great choice for showcasing the complementary skills of various Business Units while fostering empathy and mutual appreciation among colleagues. This team game provides a rewarding experience and promotes collaboration.

Escape Game Eco-Vengers
Concept: Imagine an Escape Game that can be adapted to any location (meeting room, restaurant, etc.) with a focus on the CSR theme.
In this game, your mission isn’t to escape a room but to unlock various items contained within a briefcase.
Logistical constraints: A space of approximately 5 square metres and a projector are required to set up this game. The ideal duration is 1 hour 30 minutes. We specialise in accommodating large groups, with the capacity to host hundreds of participants.
UrbanGaming’s opinion: This team building activity is an excellent opportunity to help your colleagues explore the core pillars of CSR.

Rallye digital
Concept: Discover Brussels in a fun and engaging way with an innovative treasure hunt! Your playground? A district of Brussels (for example, Le Grund with its narrow streets and colourful houses, or Kirchberg with its picturesque streets).
Logistical constraints: A room with a screen is required for the briefing and debriefing.
UrbanGaming’s opinion: This treasure hunt is particularly recommended:
- if you’re exploring an area different from your usual workplace, or if some of your team members are unfamiliar with the city.
- if you’re a large team. We’ve successfully hosted activities for up to 1,000 participants simultaneously!
- if the weather is sunny!

Remote Escape Game
Concept: The ‘Green Impulse’, the pearl of clean energy aviation, needs a pilot. Will you and your team be up to the test? This is a virtual escape game.
Logistical constraints: This game can be played remotely, with teams at different sites or teleworking. All you need is love, but also a computer or smartphone and video conferencing software such as Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
UrbanGaming’s review: In the age of teleworking and fragmented teams, this game can be essential for strengthening connections.

Teambuilding on decision-making
Concept: A team building activity designed to foster empathy, active listening, and collaborative sharing.
You set off in search of a scientific manual in a disused factory. Time is of the essence and every action can be crucial. Think, share and collaborate. Collective intelligence, stress management and sharing ideas will help you make the right decisions.
Logistical constraints: Cabaret-style seminar rooms with a central screen.
UrbanGaming’s opinion: The only UrbanGaming game that can be played in teams of 10. Ideal for emphasising listening, dialogue and collaboration.

The Team Building agency
Behind this concept is a team driven by a passion for exploration and creativity.
In 2010, the UrbanGaming journey began with the merger of two innovative start-ups:
– Curiocités, a company specializing in guided tours.
– JSKL, an IT development agency.
This collaboration gave rise to UrbanGaming, combining expertise in discovery and technology.
Today, nearly a decade later, UrbanGaming boasts a dedicated team of 18 full-time professionals, supported by around 20 animators, event organisers, and content creators. Together, we deliver over 500 engaging activities and events annually to help you create memorable experiences.
