Their mission:
YAGGO was born out of an observation: 65% of applicants are less appreciative of a company after having applied to it.
Why? Candidates spent a lot of time preparing their files. They’re already imagining themselves joining a company that, according to its employer branding, is just waiting for them. And then there’s the disappointment: no response at all, or at best an automated e-mail… A better way to start a relationship!
YAGGO has therefore designed a technology, supported by a team of advisors, that enables us to respond promptly and personally to all rejected applicants, while retaining the relevant profiles. YAGGO makes benevolence scalable and gives ROI to Employer Branding.

They strive to propagate the noble truth of candidate experience without seeking to convert through coercion. They admit to pointing out bad practices without pointing the finger at practitioners, and they advise without moralizing.

How does Yaggo work?
YAGGO works by developing a technology that is used by a team of consultants to provide a rapid, personalized response to rejected candidates. They have also launched a new service called CAASK, which enables candidates to give their opinion and recruitment teams to retrieve useful information to optimize career paths.
