10 years of experience

Since 2011, we’ve been offering activities for companies looking to strengthen the bonds between their teams. Initially focused on the creation of innovative team buildings, we have been asked by our customers to create customized or tailor-made serious games, and have even set up a dedicated department. The “Change & Serious” range arrives in 2016.

With 10 years’ experience behind us, we can now offer you an effective methodology tailored to your needs.

Co-creation

To best respond to creative requests, the challenge is to combine our expertise in the field of gamification with that of the customer’s business.

Co-creation is therefore essential to assemble all the ingredients of a perfect serious game.

Focus on the key message. We surround ourselves with experts at the creation stage, on subjects such as change management, cognitive biases, crisis communication management, formats adapted to training or constraints (time, face-to-face/distance learning, foreign language…).
