Onboarding – Keolis

“The aim was to consolidate the cohesion and team spirit of the players. This was achieved, despite the initial difficulty of organising a remote game!”

Need

This game is complementary to our Employee Onboarding folder.

The WELKOME integration program is aimed at new employees who join the group as executives. New employees are invited to follow an e-learning program upon their arrival and then to participate in a seminar within 6 months of their arrival.

Need

Idea

8 themes composed the workshop. The initial plan was to imagine a game in the shape of an escape game involving a tablet, a backpack and a thematic expert at each booth. The health crisis required a review of this face-to-face format. A feasibility study to adapt the original concept into a collaborative and learning remote game (HTML technology) was considered and validated with an adaptation on 5 modules From then on, it took less than 4 weeks to design the tool, approve it and test it out with the experts, to prepare the organizational structure (team management), the IT logistics (remote access, connectivity) and the animation (facilitation; moderation). The objective was to create a collective experience in an unusual context

Objectives

The seminar had the following objectives for the participants:

  • Understand the group’s strategy, its evolution and results, and discover an urban an inter-urban subsidiary.
  • Develop its professional network.

As the “workshops” part of the seminar usually received the lowest rate of satisfaction, Keolis wanted to make Day 1 of the WELKOME seminar more fun, rhythmic and participative.
