Rallye digital
Concept: Discover Luxembourg the fun way with an innovative treasure hunt! Your terrain? A district of Luxembourg (for example Le Grund with its narrow streets and colourful houses or Kirchberget with its picturesque streets).
Logistical constraints: You’ll need a room with a screen for the briefing and debriefing.
UrbanGaming’s opinion: This treasure hunt is recommended especially:
- if you are exploring a different area from your workplace, or if some of your staff are unfamiliar with the city.
- if you’re a large team. We’ve already organised an activity for 1,000 people at the same time!
- if the sun will be out!
Escape Game Eco-Vengers
Concept: Imagine an Escape Game that can be adapted to any location (meeting room / restaurant…) focus on the CSR theme.
In this game, your mission is not to escape from a room, but to open various items locked in a briefcase.
Logistical constraints: A space of around 5 square metres and a projector are required to organise this game. The optimal duration of the game is 1 hour 30 minutes. We specialise in large groups and can accommodate hundreds of people.
UrbanGaming’s opinion: This team building is the perfect experience to help your colleagues discover the different pillars of CSR.
Team building intelligences multiples
Concept: Here’s an idea based on Howard Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences.
Each team will be challenged with different forms of intelligence. The objective: to join a very closed circle, that of smart people.
This tem building highlights the varied talents of your team. It’s a fun opportunity to improve group cohesion through a variety of fun activities.
Logistical constraints: Lasting between 40 and 100 minutes, this game can be done indoors or outdoors. If it’s in a reception area, or offices, it’s preferable to have access to several rooms and a corridor to allow movement.
UrbanGaming’s opinion: An excellent option if you want to highlight the complementary nature of the Business Units and develop empathy and recognition between peers. It’s a team game that creates a satisfying experience and encourages teamwork.
Remote Escape Game
Concept: The ‘Green Impulse’, the pearl of clean energy aviation needs a pilot. Will you and your team be up to the test?
This is a virtual escape game.
Logistical constraints: This game can be played remotely, with teams at different sites / teleworking. All you need is love, but also a computer or smartphone and video conferencing software such as Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
UrbanGaming’s review: In the age of teleworking, and fragmented teams, this game may prove necessary to strengthen ties.

You set off in search of a scientific manual in a disused factory. Time is of the essence and every action can be crucial. Think, share and collaborate.

Logistical constraints: Cabaret-style seminar rooms with a central screen.

Behind this approach is a team of people with a passion for discovery.
In 2010, the UrbanGaming project was born out of a meeting between
– Curiocités’, a company that organises guided tours.
– JSKL’, an IT development agency.
The merger of these 2 start-ups led to the creation of UrbanGaming.
Today, almost a decade after the creation of UG, we have a team of 18 full-time staff and around twenty animators/organisers and content creators to support you. More than 500 fun activities and events are organised every year.
