Rallye digital
Concept: Discover Venice in a fun and engaging way with an innovative treasure hunt! Your playground? A district of Venice (for example, Cannaregio with its charming canals and local vibe, or Dorsoduro with its historic landmarks and artistic atmosphere).
Logistical constraints: A room with a screen is required for the briefing and debriefing.
UrbanGaming’s opinion: This treasure hunt is particularly recommended:
- if you’re exploring an area different from your usual workplace, or if some of your team members are unfamiliar with the city.
- if you’re a large team. We’ve successfully hosted activities for up to 1,000 participants simultaneously!
- if the weather is sunny!
Escape Game Eco-Vengers
Concept: Imagine an Escape Game that can be organised anywhere (meeting room, restaurant, etc.) with a focus on the CSR theme.
In this activity, your objective isn’t to escape from a room but to solve puzzles and unlock various items contained within a briefcase.
Logistical constraints: Requires a space of around 5 square metres and a projector. The ideal duration is 1 hour 30 minutes. We specialise in hosting large groups, with the capacity to engage hundreds of participants.
UrbanGaming’s opinion: This team building activity is a great way to introduce your colleagues to the fundamental principles of CSR while fostering collaboration and active participation.
Team building intelligences multiples
Concept: Here’s an idea inspired by Howard Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences.
Each team will face challenges based on different types of intelligence. The goal: to join an exclusive circle — that of the brightest minds. This team building activity highlights the unique talents of your team members, providing a fun and interactive way to enhance group cohesion through diverse and engaging tasks.
Logistical constraints: Designed to last between 40 and 100 minutes, this game can be played indoors or outdoors. If hosted in a reception area or office, access to multiple rooms and a corridor for movement is ideal.
UrbanGaming’s opinion: This is an excellent choice for showcasing the complementary strengths of different Business Units while fostering empathy and mutual respect among colleagues. This game creates a rewarding and collaborative experience.
Remote Escape Game
Concept: The ‘Green Impulse’, the crown jewel of clean energy aviation, is looking for a pilot. Are you and your team ready to take on the challenge? This is a virtual escape game.
Logistical constraints: Designed for remote play, this game is ideal for teams spread across different locations or working remotely. All you need is a computer or smartphone and video conferencing software such as Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet.

Concept: A team building activity designed to promote empathy, active listening, and collaborative sharing.
Embark on a mission to recover a scientific manual hidden in a disused factory. With time running out, every decision counts. Think critically, share ideas, and work together as a team. Harness collective intelligence, manage stress, and collaborate effectively to achieve your goal.
Logistical constraints: Requires cabaret-style seminar rooms equipped with a central screen for an immersive experience.
UrbanGaming’s opinion: This is the only UrbanGaming activity specifically designed for teams of 10 participants. It’s an ideal choice to foster active listening, meaningful dialogue, and effective teamwork.
