Do you want to encourage your company to work across departmental divisions by promoting mutual help and sharing? In this activity, cooperation, co-working and communication are key success factors.
Designed in partnership with Mazars — Alter&Go, a consulting firm specialized in cooperation, Jumper provides training on how to work together in an international group for a (virtual!) period of two years.
Let’s imagine: you are the head of a regional division of Jumper, an international teleporter group.
You have the difficult task of improving your economic performance against a competitor in your territory! You will have to make collaborative key choices in order to maximize your results!
Before the game phase, the Game Master introduces the activity, the rules of the game and explains how the tablet works.
The teams are then assigned a tablet corresponding to a region of the world (Germany, Japan, USA, Dubai).
With the help of the tablet, each team will have to make a critical decision every virtual month. Each of these choices will have an impact on the region’s economic performance index.
Every six “months”, an executive committee meeting is organised between representatives of the different regions. On this occasion, the results of each are reviewed.
At the end of the two virtual years, Mazars — Alter & Go consultants take over for a two-step analysis:
– region by region, taking into account decisions and results;
– global, focused on the co-operative behaviours of the regions
You are the Chief Operating Officer of [LAZONE], one of the 4 branches of Jumper. Your job: selling teleporters. To make the company successful, you have to make as most money as possible!
